IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are delighted to share a significant milestone in the continued growth of The Granville Theatre.
To further enhance our service and ensure a seamless experience for all our patrons, we are transitioning to our very own in-house box office system. By bringing our ticketing operations in-house, we can provide a more personalized service and a more efficient booking process from start to finish.
To facilitate the transition to our new system, there will be a brief scheduled intermission for our ticketing services. Our Box Office, including all online bookings, will be closed all day this Wednesday, and we will resume normal operations on Thursday afternoon once the new system is live.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the team at ATG for their invaluable support. Their partnership was instrumental in establishing our venue and managing our initial ticketing requirements.
To ensure a smooth transition, please note that all patrons will be required to create a new customer account within our independent system for any future bookings. Please be assured that all currently held tickets remain fully valid for all upcoming performances at The Granville Theatre, but ATG will be your port of call for any of these existing bookings including lost tickets, booking queries and refund requests.
Additionally, we are introducing the Granville Theatre Access Membership Scheme. Please note that the previous ATG access scheme will no longer be applicable for new bookings made from March 13th. Current access members will need to apply for our new Granville scheme to ensure we continue to meet your specific requirements effectively, but all previous bookings for all future shows are still valid.
We will be sharing comprehensive details regarding the new system and the Access Membership application process by the end of this week.
