Please see below FAQs regarding our new Box Office system, which went live on the 12th March 2026

Why has the box office system changed?

We have moved to a new in-house ticketing system so our box office and customer service can be managed directly by the Westwood One Theatre team.

Who should I contact about my booking?

This depends on when you bought your tickets:

  • Tickets purchased on or before 11 March
    Please contact ATG, who still manage these bookings.

  • Tickets purchased from 12 March onwards
    Please contact the Westwood One Theatre box office team – admin@thegranvilletheatre.com

I bought tickets before 11 March. Who manages my booking?

Bookings made on or before 11 March remain in the ATG ticketing system.
ATG must handle any enquiries relating to these bookings.

This includes:

  • ticket reissues

  • booking changes

  • refunds (where applicable)

  • account queries

I bought tickets from 12 March onwards. Who do I contact?

Bookings made from 12 March onwards are managed directly by the Westwood One Theatre box office team.

Are my tickets still valid?

Yes. All tickets remain valid, regardless of when they were purchased.

Can the theatre access my ATG booking?

No. We cannot access bookings made through the previous ATG system. Only ATG can assist with those bookings.
