Ticket Enquiries
Please note: All enquiries regarding ATG ticket orders will now have to be dealt with directly with the ticketing company. From the 12th March we will be operating our own box office system and therefore will not be able to help with re-sending tickets, refunds, exchanges or their access scheme.
Your tickets will still be valid for our upcoming shows but please note all new orders will be made using our new system. This includes Granville Theatre vouchers, our brand new access scheme and much more.
Complaints Procedure
At The Granville Theatre, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our patrons. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly and effectively.
If you have a complaint, please email us at admin@thegranvilletheatre.com. We kindly request that you provide as much detail as possible regarding the nature of your complaint, including relevant dates, times, and any individuals involved. This will help us investigate and address your concerns thoroughly.
Please note that we aim to respond to all complaints within 14 working days of receipt. However, in cases where complex investigations are required, the resolution timeframe may be extended.
