Tickets & Booking

How do I book tickets?
The best way to book tickets is via our website: Book Tickets

However, you can also book tickets by calling our Box Office team on: 03330 096 697

What concessions or discounts are available?
Concessions and discounts vary per production, so concession prices are dependant on the show’s production company.

How do I get my tickets?
We are committed to proving sustainable ticketing options so therefore we only provide e-tickets. Upon booking your tickets, we will then send you an e-ticket.
You do not need to print out your e-tickets or collect them at Box Office when you arrive, you can simply show them on your phone.
If you do not have a smartphone you can print them if you wish but this is not necessary.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
We do not offer refunds unless a show is cancelled.

Are there age limits to your shows?
If there is a minimum age recommendation for a show, then it will be listed on the show page.

Can I bring my baby?
Dependant on the nature of the show, children under 3 can go free if sat on a parent’s lap.
If the show is a children’s specific show, tickets may be required for all children.
Children aged 3 and over require their own seat.
We do ask that parents are mindful of bringing young children to a show and to remove the child from the performance if they are being disruptive.
